- This is a classic rigid box (wrap-around lid) model made of rigid chipboard, consisting of a base tray and a hinged top lid; it is ideal for gift, jewelry, perfume, and premium product presentations.
- In the visual, the base body and the lid are die-cut as separate pieces; this way, fabric or coated paper is wrapped over the two chipboard bases to achieve a high-quality, seamless exterior appearance.
- The lid is connected to the base tray by a narrow spine strip and closes with an overhang protruding toward the front; if desired, a magnetic locking system provides a strong and silent closure.
- Both the base and the lid feature an inner frame (inner wall) structure; this frame supports the box in standing upright and creates a clean seating area for placing a foam insert or product bed inside.
- Since the length, width, height, lid height, inner wall, and lid overhang parameters can be adjusted individually, it can be scaled across a wide range, from a shallow-tray jewelry box to a deep-lidded corporate gift box.
