This die is a rectangular-based inner tray separator used to keep products stable inside the box and prevent them from touching each other.
All four sides fold into double-layered side walls, providing extra rigidity along the edges and a smooth rounded surface, protecting products against impacts.
It is assembled with a simple folding logic that requires no gluing or locking; it can be quickly unfolded from its flat cardboard form and placed inside the box.
Since length, width, height, wall thickness and margin values are adjustable, it can be easily adapted to different box dimensions and various product sizes.
It is ideal as an inner layer for products that need to be secured, such as cosmetic sets, fragile glass items, chocolate and confectionery boxes, gift packages and electronic accessories.
Thanks to the orientation option, the design can be positioned according to the long or short side of the main box; with the outer flap option, the way the edges fit against the box walls can also be customized.

The preview feature will be enabled for up to 24 Hours. 24 hour period starts when the credit purchase is made. Once the credit is used to download a custom dieline, the preview feature will not be available. Please note that, the credits themselves do not expire but they grant time-limited access to the preview feature.
If you purchase 5 credits:
The preview feature will be enabled for up to 10 Days. 10 day period starts when the credit purchase is made. Once the all credits are used to download custom dielines, the preview feature will not be available.
If you purchase 10 credits:
The preview feature will be enabled for up to 30 Days. 30 day period starts when the credit purchase is made. Once the all credits are used to download custom dielines, the preview feature will not be available.
